We finished the Hague Training required for the China adoption and finished filling out the papers for the loan application with Abba Fund. Tomorrow I am getting the Homeland Security papers notarized and send of to Raleigh, NC to get them notarized. After that is all back it’s time to send it to the China Consulate in Washington, DC for authentication. That might take a week and then it is finally ready to be send to AWAA along with $4,000 for second installment. Just pray that we can come up with the next $4,000.

Life is strange at times. This week I have found a friend, that I have lost so long ago and am so happy my friend is doing well and happy, this week I have lost a friend, a person so dear to my heart. Today I have a happy eye and a sad eye. The friend I lost has been so special to me and I know where he is now. Life is interesting and teaches us so many lessons. Most of all, don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy the love you have from each friend that entered your life and learn from it. My best friend is my husband, he has been on my side and I am so glad to have that friendship.
Today is truly a very sad day. I just found out that my friend Pete Bruno passed away. He was so young and had a heart attack. Pete you are home with the Lord now. I will miss you so very much.
Today I got very sad news. I lost one of my biggest clients ATS for yoga classes, due to the recent economic changes. That is very sad news, as they were my biggest income for the adoption. At this point in my life I am not sure what else to do. I have been optimistic, positive, and worked as hard as I could. But even I can only do so much. It’s all in God’s hands.
Today I was making Oatmeal and the stove was still hot. Pauli, our bird decided to jump right on the hot stove, burned his feet. I had to hold his little tiny feet under cold water. Pauli is ok.
Yes, Thank you for coming back. Tim and I enjoyed her very much. She sings so very well and one of my favorite songs.
I can not believe it, it is snowing here. Wow! Kids had the day off and played in the snow. What a fun day today. The fireplace is lit, keeping the house nice and cozy. The stew is cooking in the cooker. This is awesome!
