Yesterday my little sister Kristine arrived from Bremen Germany. Today we went to the beach and took some nice pictures. We could not go into the ocean, the waves were too rough. But we enjoyed a nice ice-cream at Dairy Queen.

I wish Sandra and Jean-Pierre a wonderful trip back to Bremen, Germany. Thank you for staying with us and getting to know each other again. It’s been 22 years. Love, Heike

Today we went to Fort Fisher and saw the aquarium. It was about 37 degrees Celcius/99 degrees Fahrenheit. We had a wonderful time!

Yesterday we went to the beach and showed our visitors the area. The view was hazy from the heavy storms we had earlier. We found a lot of sharks teeth at the beach. Today we will hang out by the beach, got to do it early in the morning before it get’s all stormy again. We will visit Topsail Island which is not far from here.
